Day 7 Meal Plan

❏ Meal 1:

□ 1/3 cup gluten free oats (measure oats dry then cook with water) □ 1 scoop protein powder (make a shake)

□ 1⁄4 cup berries

❏ Meal 2:

□ 1/2 cup mixed vegetables

□ 3 -4 oz lean meat or 1 scoop protein powder

❏ Meal 3:

□ 2 cups mixed green salad with vegetables □ 3-4 oz chicken

□ 1 tbsp oil & vinegar

❏ Meal 4:

□ 1⁄2 cup cucumbers

□ 1⁄2 cup carrots

□ 3 oz light tuna in water, mustard for mixing

❏ Meal 5:

□ 1/3 cup brown rice □ 2 cups vegetables □ 3-4 oz lean meat
